1. Can’t I just buy 1 box rather than subscribe?

a. Absolutely! Just not yet…Sign up for our littlefox newsletter and be the first to hear about our upcoming baby shower packs which will be available for individual sale.

2. What if I subscribe and I want to cancel down the road?

a. That’s easy. Simply contact us directly at 888-470-0573 or fill our our contact form. There are no tricks or traps with our service. We make it as easy as possible, and eliminate the hassles. Cancellations received after midnight Pacific time on the 10th of the month will be processed the following month. Our annual subscriptions are non-refundable.   Suspended accounts are synonymous with cancellation.  If you suspend your account, it is equivalent to the cancellation of your account.  You will need to set up a new subscription if you would like to receive monthly packs in the future.  Beginning on April 1, 2013, free shipping will no longer be available for monthly subscriptions (only the annual subscription).  Shipping fees will be noted at the time you begin your new subscription.

3. Can I purchase a subscription as a Gift?

a. Yes! Simply fill out the gift recipient’s information for “Ship to” and include your own billing information. We’ll take care of the rest!

4. Why should I sign up with your subscription service, when there are a zillion others like it out there?

a. We’re glad you asked! We have seen (and participated in) plenty of other subscription services in this industry, as well as others. We never found the right blend of products. Plus we never felt the true retail value was legit. Littlefox focuses on finding the right cool, eco-friendly, sought after and kid-approved products, so you don’t have to. We have already spent hundreds (dare we say thousands?) of hours over the past decade, researching products that work, are useful, are truly eco-friendly, and are truly of value. It doesn’t hurt that we have artists on board (Christine & Tito) that will be designing limited edition littlefox custom clothing for kids as well. Top all that with our “awesome” customer service, and you will be glad you are part of the littlefox family!!

5.  When will my pack be shipped?

a. All littlefox packs are shipped together by the 25th of each month.  Please note this means all packs are shipped simultaneously and not as each order is processed.   Right now we ship in the U.S. only, but we plan to expand internationally very soon.  If you live outside the U.S., please fill out the contact form to inquire about your geographic location.

6. I didn’t get my package, now what?

a. Call us at 888-470-0573 or fill out the contact form. We’ll do some sleuthing on our end to uncover why the package didn’t show up. Ultimately, you will have your pack – guaranteed!

7. Can I buy your limited edition littlefox clothing? I want it!!

a. Ah – but that’s the beauty of becoming a subscriber! You will automatically get it with your subscription as our gift to you – for FREE!

8. Do I have to pay for shipping?

a. If you subscribed prior to April 1, 2013 – the answer is no. As long as you remain a consistent subscriber (no suspended accounts, which are synonymous with cancelled accounts),  it will always be included in your subscription price. If you sign up for the Annual Subscription, shipping is also free.  However, if you subscribe on or after April 1, 2013, you will be charged a flat fee for shipping.

9. How many products do I get each month?

a. 3-5 awesome products along with (spoiler alert!) a littlefox surprise gift with purchase created exclusively by littlefox artists.

10. So, are we getting 3-5 products that may include samples?

a. Heck no! Our 3-5 products are all FULL-Size! No gimmicks or gotcha’s in any pack! Go big or go home, right?!

11.  Can I see what’s in the pack each month?

a.  Totally! This isn’t a surprise party and there are no mystery packages at littlefox. Check out our packs.

13. When will my credit card be charged?

a.  Monthly subscriptions will be charged for the 1st month at the time of purchase, and every subsequent recurring month will be billed on the anniversary of that purchase or on the 15th of the month, whichever occurs sooner. All annual subscriptions and baby shower pack purchases are charged the full amount at the time of purchase.

14.  Are there any extra costs?

a.  There are no hidden costs. You are only paying the monthly rate of $37.95 + Tax in CO. All shipping and handling fees are included in the price if you subscribed prior to April 1, 2013 or paid for an Annual Subscription.

15.  What is your cancellation policy?

a.  If you have purchased a monthly subscription, you can cancel your ongoing subscription by contacting our customer service team at 888-470-0573 or complete our contact form. We would be happy to help you. Please note that as we charge credit cards 10 days before shipment, and as such, we require notice of at least 10 days before your next littlefox pack is due for shipment. If this is not the case, the cancellation takes effect the following month. Once cancellation takes effect, no more money will be charged on your account and you will not receive any more littlefox packs.  We would still love to have you as part of our community! Our Annual prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable.

16.  Can you tell me what is coming each month?

a.  Yes,  we will heavily promote the next upcoming monthly packs.  Be sure to get connected in our community (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), as well as join our eNews list.

17.  Can I have my order shipped faster?

a.  We will try to accommodate your request.  Call us at 888-470-0573 to discuss.

18.  Is the second littlefox pack delivered to me automatically or do I have to do anything?

a.  After you’ve received your first littlefox pack, you’ll automatically get one box a month for the remainder of your subscription without having to do anything else.

19.  I particularly like one of the products in my littlefox pack? Where can I get hold of more?
